Officials told CBS New York the blaze started in a vacant home, and spread quickly to three others.
Police said the flames started at around 11:30 a.m. in a residential building on Summer Avenue, and then spread to two homes.
Both officers shot in East Lansdowne are expected to survive, and six members of the Le family are unaccounted for, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said.
