Fire officials tell Eyewitness News the medics inside the ambulance were not on assignment at the time of the crash and no one was injured.
The crash happened on Little Gloucester Road near Golfview Drive in Gloucester Township.

It happened around 1 a.m. Monday on Academy Road in Morrell Park, right in front of the 8th Police District.
The crash happened just before midnight Monday near the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Rising Sun Avenue.
Surveillance video from a nearby business shows the driver of the 2004 Acura traveling south when he struck a Nissan headed in the same direction.
CBS3 has video of the scene in which you can see significant damage to both, the front and rear of the vehicle.
CBS3 was told the driver stayed on the scene. The officer is in good condition, authorities say.
The vehicle carrying two adults and three children was traveling from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania to Kentucky when the crash occurred Thursday north of Charleston.

The officer died after a crash in the Somerton section of the city in late June. Philadelphia police identified the officer as Henry Gonski III.
