A man has been arrested after an overnight shooting killed a woman in Allentown. It happened on the 700 block of Turner Street. Police found the woman suffering from gunshot wounds and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say 27 year-old suspect, Adam Makowka, was taken into custody in Lansdowne, Delaware County. Makowka is awaiting extradition to Lehigh County to face homicide charges.
