One man has died as police continue to investigate a triple shooting in Frankford. Philadelphia police said three victims were found together at the intersection of Arrott and Leiper streets at around 9:45 p.m. Thursday. The man who died was shot multiple times in the chest and torso.
The shooting happened on the 1300 block of East 28th Street at about 12:35 p.m. in Wilmington, according to police.
