One person has died following an explosion involving a tanker truck on US 15 at Rosemont Avenue in Frederick County on Saturday.

One person has died following an explosion involving a tanker truck on US 15 at Rosemont Avenue in Frederick County on Saturday.
The crash happened at the 300 block of County Line Road near the intersection with Norristown Road, Horsham Township police say.
Police said impairment appeared to be a factor and that criminal charges were pending for the 19-year-old driver.
The fatal crash is under investigation.
Emergency crews were called out to North 18th Street and Clarissa at around 6:30 p.m.
There are new details about the victims on Monday as police continue to search for the drivers responsible.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Oregon Avenue.
The area was closed for about six hours and no other cars were involved in the crash.
Octavia Aaron, a 21-year-old business student at West Chester University, was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash in Northeast Philadelphia on Oct. 1, 2022.
She was hit while sitting in her vehicle at 37th Street and Fairmount Avenue. Police say the driver who hit her, ditched the stolen car they were driving and ran from the scene.
The chaos unfolded on Fairmount Avenue near North 37th Street at around 12:30 p.m.
