19-year-old shot and killed in Wilmington, Delaware, police say
A 19-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon in Wilmington, Delaware, police said.
Wilmington police found the victim on the 200 block of West 34th Street around 3:15 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
