Police released surveillance video of the suspects wanted for the Jan. 11 shooting of a 16-year-old in Tioga.
The 55-year-old shooting victim was identified as Daniel Nevius Sr., of Sicklerville, New Jersey.
Prosecutors did not say what led to the shooting but the investigation remains ongoing.
All the victims were believed to be between 15 and 21 years of age, police said.
