The victim's mother said her son's friend threw a rock at a car. Two men then got out of the car and allegedly chased the boys down.
The attack happened at around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday on Cozine Avenue and Jerome Street in East New York. The teen is in stable condition and no arrests have been made. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
Police said Luis Gonzalez, 34, was fatally stabbed near Glenmore Avenue and Sheffield Avenue in the Brooklyn neighborhood.
