Martin Luther King Jr. stood outside the gates of Girard College to deliver a message that would become one of the most powerful civil rights moments in Philadelphia's history. Six decades later, a 15-year-old who was there is sharing Dr. King's message to Philadelphia's youth. CBS News Philadelphia's Wakisha Bailey reports.
