The crash happened in a road inside the park off Kedzie Avenue.
The incident happened just before 6 p.m. in the 6700 block of South Western Avenue.
The driver hit and killed a 54-year-old woman who was crossing the street near 67th and Western and didn't stop, police said.
Police said a 30-year-old man was found unresponsive in the water around 9:40 a.m. in the 3300 block of West Redfield Drive.
Last June, 30-year-old Brian Rodriguez was shot and killed. Now Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering a $10,000 reward for information.
Lezly Martinez was last seen at 4:39 p.m. Thursday in the 7200 block of South Troy Street.
Police said the 23-year-old man was sitting in his car when someone opened the passenger side door and shot him.
It happened just after 11:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of West 66th Street.
The off-duty officer was taken to a local hospital for observation, police said.
