A strong earthquake shook Northern California early Thursday morning, prompting authorities to issue a rare tsunami warning. The warning has since been lifted. It's estimated that more than a million people live close enough to the quake to have felt it. It even caused some evacuations. CBS News Correspondent Danya Bacchus reports the latest.
