"SEPTA has terminated its contract with CRRC MA for cause. The Authority is assessing its options for recouping funds that have been spent on the project," SEPTA told CBS Philadelphia Friday.
SEPTA's pilot program is being rolled out at 20 entrances to the Market-Frankford Line and Norristown High Speed Line.
