Authorities said Monday they had recovered the body of Carlos Gil-Reyes, also known as Carlos Manuel, after he went missing while swimming on the Delaware River near Hawk Island, Burlington County.
Friends identified the missing swimmer as Carlos Manuel, a Philadelphia barber.
