The truck was hauling 10 pounds of load on southbound Route 83 in the locals in Elmhurst. It is not clear what exactly the truck was hauling.
The crash happened just before midnight on eastbound I-290 at Racine Avenue.
The car was wanted for fleeing and eluding out of west suburban Oak Brook.
Berkely fire officials did not say how long the lanes will be closed but did say the crash was significant.
