The teen was arrested on Thursday in the 1100 block of South Hamilton Avenue by Citywide Robbery Task Force members.
The teens were identified as the suspects in the armed robbery of a 14-year-old girl and a 35-year-old woman in the 9400 block of South Justine Street.
Lake County State's Attorney's Office charged Shane L. Lones, 41, with one count of armed robbery.
