According to CBS 2 meteorologist Mary Kay Kleist, the bitter cold air mass moves out Friday night as a milder, southwest wind flow develops for Saturday.
Mostly sunny, breezy and cold for Friday afternoon with a high of 10 degrees in Chicago, which is 22 degrees below average.

Thursday will be seasonable and pleasant with highs near 30 degrees.
