The incident happened just before 6 p.m. at the mall, located in the 4100 block of North Harlem Avenue.
Michael Williams, 24, was arrested on Monday around 5:44 p.m., in the 700 block of East 79th Street.
The ages of the victims range from 19 to 54.

Officers discovered the victim, identified as 43-year-old Tristan Meeks of Maywood, at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
