Thursday's weather in Philadelphia will be sunny with highs near 42 degrees, but wind chills will make it really feel like the 20s and mid-30s.
The final day of February will be sunny but blustery, with feels-like temps barely making in into the 30s. March starts out mild with more sun and highs near 50, but meteorologist Kate Bilo is tracking more rain this weekend.
The Philadelphia region can expect windy weather and colder temps on Thursday, but it will be mild again by the weekend.
Rain arrives in the region before noon, but the height of the storm comes between 4-8 p.m., when we can expect heavy rain, thunderstorms, possibly lightning and wind gusts upwards of 40 mph.

Temperatures will reach the 60s again Wednesday, but scattered showers move in for the morning commute. Heavy rain and gusty thunderstorms are possible later in the evening, and a Wind Advisory will be in effect from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. Thursday.
