Late Wednesday, Verizon said their hours-long outage was resolved, but that some customers may still have lingering problems. CBS News New York's Dick Brennan reports.
According to Down Detector, which tracks reports and problem indicators online, at the peak Wednesday, there were more than 180,000 user-reported outages. CBS News New York's Doug Williams has what you need to know.
