Postal Worker's Vacation Causes Halt In Mail Delivery For Some In Jersey City
The unofficial motto of the U.S. Postal Service reads: Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. But that motto says nothing about what happens when a mail carrier goes on vacation. Residents of a Jersey City apartment building said when their letter carrier took a week off, so did their mail delivery.
