Police are trying to determine what led the men to start shooting at each other.
Police said it all started at 3:25 p.m. Monday, when a 21-year-old man was shot and killed in the 5100 block of South Elizabeth Street.
The crime scene is near homes, and neighbors described hearing 10 gunshots.
