The burglaries have occurred on the North, Northwest, Near South, and Southwest sides, as well as right downtown.
Marimar Martinez, 30, and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, 21, were released on Monday. According to the criminal complaint, Martinez and Ruiz "forcibly assaulted, resisted, opposed, impeded, intimidated, and interfered with an officer."
