Dallas Police said at about 4:40 a.m., officers responded to a call about an emergency in the 1500 block of Elm Street.
A pedestrian was struck and killed Monday night on northbound I-35 near Continental Avenue, according to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office.
DFR pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
