Get ready if you use Kelly Drive between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 p.m. For nearly all of August, there will be closures along Kelly Drive during those hours. Jim Donovan has your daily morning headlines with more on the NEXT Weather Alert from Meteorologist Kate Bilo.
Parts of Kelly Drive will be closed overnight for nearly all of August. PennDOT said it needs to resurface the road. Either the stretch between Ridge Avenue and Fountain Green Drive or the stretch between Strawberry Mansion Drive and 25th Street. There will be detours. The closures are from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. They start Monday, August 4, and last through Friday, August 29.
