Feels like spring weather brings people out and along Kelly Drive in Philadelphia
It's been 120 days since we last hit 70 degrees.
The sun was plentiful this Tuesday as people came out to run, bike and walk their dogs. Rowers took to the Schuylkill, too.
For those keeping track, the official start to spring is nine days away.
Nikki DeMentri reports along Kelly Drive.
