Philadelphia to the rescue! Good Samaritans pull driver to safety after car plunges into river
Witnesses said a driver appeared to be experiencing a medical emergency when he drove into the Schuylkill River. Luckily, Good Samaritans including Libby Peters and Elisha Fox sprang into action, pulling the man from the car and getting him to safety. Liz Crawford reports.
