Drivers are stuck in a slowdown on I-295 in Mansfield, Burlington County. The right and center lanes on the southbound side are closed for emergency repairs. This is in the area before Exit 52. The Department of Transportation says they're repairing a dip in the roadway following the collapse and replacement of a metal pipe. The repairs are expected to last through Saturday.
