Montgomery County Police are looking for help identifying a man who was caught on camera stealing mail from outside the Conshohocken Post Office. Officials said surveillance video from April 13 shows the hooded suspect using a string to fish mail out of a mailbox on Fayette Street. Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run that happened Friday night in West Philadelphia. They said it happened just after 11:30 p.m. near 63rd Street and Girard Avenue. Officers arrived to find an unidentified man lying in the street. He was pronounced dead at a hospital. So far, police have not provided any description of the driver's vehicle.
We got an update on Saturday on the fire that damaged an apartment building in Bethlehem. The city's fire chief said the fire at the Five 10 Flats originated on the roof of the building and was aided by strong winds. There were no injuries. Residents were allowed back inside to get some essential items and apartment management arranged for hotels. The building will remain closed while repairs are made.
