An apartment building in the Bronx has been without cooking gas for nearly a year. Residents have filed nearly two dozen complaints with 311 and say they have seen no action from the building. CBS2's Alice Gainer went to the Marble Hill section for answers.
Residents in 54 units of the 104-unit building have been displaced.
