Half a dozen businesses in the Bronx are in ruins after an early Tuesday morning fire tore through. Neighbors say the block seems plagued with bad luck after a previous fire decimated the neighborhood over a decade ago. CBS New York’s Christina Fan reports from the Norwood section. The call came in around 4 a.m. Tuesday for the 3000 block of Bainbridge Avenue in the Norwood Section.
