Police said, around 9:40 a.m., a 22-year-old man got into a fight on a CTA bus in the 2500 block of South Ashland Avenue.
Police say the 22-year-old victim got into a fight with another passenger on the No. 9 Ashland bus near Cermak Road.
The three suspects approached the victim on board a train at the 47th Street station, displayed a knife, maced the victim, and tried to take their belongings.
Chicago police said the teen was arrested by officers and the Mass Transit Tactical Team on Friday in the 5100 block of South Wentworth Avenue.
The girl was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery, one count of robbery, one count of attempted robbery, and one misdemeanor count of obstructing identification.
The teen was treated by Fire Department personnel on scene and did not go to the hospital.
Two women got into a quarrel on the No. 29 State Street bus at 87th Street, and one of them pulled a gun.
