Police are unsure of what car hit a woman as two vehicles were in the area and both drivers didn't stop. Investigators do know that sadly a young woman is dead. The accident happened around 3:30 Thursday morning at Front Street and Hunting Park Avenue in North Philadelphia. Madeleine Wright reports police put out a public plea for the drivers to come forward.
