The countdown to Christmas is on, and the familiar sound of Salvation Army bells can be heard ringing outside stores, on busy sidewalks and across neighborhoods throughout the Philadelphia region. This year the Salvation Army hopes to raise $155,000 for families across the Philadelphia region.
