Rasheed Born was shot and killed on SEPTA's BSL at the Fairmount Station on Monday.
The man is wanted for a sexual assault on the concourse of the Broad Street Line at the 8th Street Broad-Ridge Spur stop.
The suspect has yet to be identified.
Police say these assaults happened within 15 minutes of each other.

The idea of extending the Broad Street Line to Roosevelt Boulevard has been around for decades, but the project has never gotten off the ground.
The alleged attack happened between the Erie and Girard Avenue stations around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The free rides will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 10:30 p.m.
Free rides will be available to fans heading home on the Broad Street Line following the Eagles 1 p.m. kickoff at Lincoln Financial Field.
The incident took place at the Morris Station at Broad and Tasker.
Plan accordingly and you could score a free ride on the subway today.
SEPTA says they are adding more train trips on the Broad Street and Market Frankford Lines to help fans "swiftly" get to and from the concert.
