The suspect, who was driving a late model Cadillac Escalade, drove alongside a 13-year-old girl on Northern Boulevard at 102nd Street in Corona and engaged her in a conversation, police said.
Lou Rispoli was so badly beaten in the assault that his family decided to take him off life support five days after the beating. The Medical Examiner then determined the cause of death to be homicide.
