Both incidents happened on Dec. 11.
In the video, officers are seen pulling the woman's 18-month-old son away from her as they responded to a call about a dispute with a security guard.
The frightening ordeal was caught on camera shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 27 along 60th Street near 12th Avenue in Borough Park.
