Residents at Queens high-rise say recurring elevator issues have become frightening
It's been nearly two years since we first told you about elevator outages at a Queens high-rise, leaving tenants on upper floors struggling to get home. Now, they say the problems are back and what was once frustrating has become frightening. CBS News New York's Elle McLogan returned to Long Island City for answers.
