Darrell Fuller faces a sentence of life without parole. He was convicted of murder Monday in the shooting of Nassau County Emergency Services Officer Arthur Lopez and bystander Raymond Facey near the Belmont Park racetrack on Long Island.
34-year-old Darrell Fuller has pleaded not guilty in the October 2012 killing of Nassau County Police Officer Arthur Lopez and a second man.
Fuller, 33, is charged with two counts of murder, robbery, criminal possession of a weapon and more. He was ordered held without bail and is due back in court next month. He was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.
