Temperatures remain mild in the 50s through Friday across the Philadelphia region. Sunshine and low 40s return this weekend, perfect weather for the Eagles and Cardinals game at Lincoln Financial Field.
After a rainy night/morning with several reports of flooding the waters are finally beginning to recede. Conditions will remain damp and dreary with fog and low cloud cover around the region this afternoon with high temperatures in the middle 50s. Bill Kelly reports.
