Temperatures today get close to 60 degrees and that is close to 8 degrees below normal. The sun gets to duke it out with some clouds but generally the day stays dry.

As we should be used to by now, we have another wet weather system moving in for Monday. This one, like the last several, will be short on snow and long on forecasting challenges.
We're still looking for a similar set up storm-wise for late Sunday into Monday, mostly rain south (Delaware and southern New Jersey) with rain/snow/sleet/freezing rain from 1-3 inches in Philadelphia and suburban points just east and west.
First up is the clipper system that will spread about 1 to 3 inches of snow from late tonight through Monday morning. Then the clipper changes clothes, moves off the coast and becomes a Nor'easter from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Like a hairdryer blowing those wet strands, gusty winds will help Saturday's inch of rain evaporate from the ground today. Good thing, since another soaking rain comes in starting very early on Tuesday.
