Police said the teen, whose name was not released, has been charged with 25 counts of armed robbery with a firearm and two counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking.
The carjacking happened Sunday morning.

In each attack, rideshare drivers would pick up a passenger and take them to their destination, and then the passenger would rob them at gunpoint.
A neighbor told CBS 2 the carjackers seemed so young that they struggled to turn on the car.
