Prospect is now seeking to abandon Crozer Chester Medical Center and Springfield Hospital. In a hearing this summer, the court allowed Prospect to abandon Delaware County Memorial Hospital and Taylor Hospital, but they were later sold.
Attorneys for Prospect Medical Holdings have asked a judge if the company can "abandon" the properties that contain Taylor and Delaware County Memorial hospitals in Pennsylvania, excluding them from the bankruptcy estate.
