Prospect Medical attorneys ask judge if company can abandon some of its Delaware County real estate
Attorneys for Prospect Medical Holdings have asked a judge if the company can "abandon" the properties that contain Taylor and Delaware County Memorial hospitals in Pennsylvania, excluding them from the bankruptcy estate.
