Prospect Medical Holdings is expected to petition a bankruptcy court to let it abandon its last two hospitals.
Prospect is now seeking to abandon Crozer Chester Medical Center and Springfield Hospital.
In a hearing this summer, the court allowed Prospect to abandon Delaware County Memorial Hospital and Taylor Hospital, but they were later sold.
