One man was killed and another was wounded at least two shootings Newark late Wednesday afternoon, and police officers fired their weapons as they tried to apprehend the suspects.
Charles Miller has been charged with assault in connection with the incident, which happened Saturday at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart.
