Ride-share drivers are rallying against congestion pricing, saying they'll be taxed twice if the controversial tolling plan takes effect. CBS2's Natalie Duddridge spoke to furious for-hire drivers as they rallied outside MTA headquarters demanding an exemption from the fees.
The drivers say they'll be outside the MTA headquarters all week hoping to make themselves heard. CBS2's Natalie Duddridge has more.
The hearings are meant to give people a chance to weigh in on the proposal to charge drivers entering Manhattan south of 60th Street between $9 and $23.
It follows another day of contentious hearings Saturday.
Nearly 200 people signed up to speak Saturday.
