When it comes to congestion pricing, much focus has been on the financial implications, but there are also environmental concerns. As CBS2's Christina Fan reports, a group of bipartisan lawmakers on Monday urged the governor to rethink her position.
The Trafalgar Group surveyed likely voters and found Hochul with 47.8 percent to Zeldin's 43.4 percent.
