Two children -- a brother and sister -- from the Brownsville section of Brooklyn have been found safe after they were announced missing on Saturday morning.
Police said the victim, 23-year-old Donte Slade, was found at his home on Herzl Street with a gunshot wound to the back. He had been involved in a dispute when he was shot by an unidentified man, authorities said.
