Jai’mani Amir Rivera, 7, was shot and killed at the Oakley Square Apartments complex on the Near West Side Tuesday. Nicole Watson, 44, was shot and killed there last year, and her father came to the vigil for Jai’mani on Wednesday. CBS 2’s Charlie De Mar reports.
