On Thursday, a second suspect – Samnang Toem, 18, of Skokie – was indicted on one felony count each of armed robbery and aggravated unlawful restraint.
Police said both juveniles robbed a man at the Lake station on the Red Line on May 23. The girl is also accused of robbing a man at the Clark/Division stop earlier the same day.
