The incidents date back as far as August and as recently as Halloween – Tuesday of this week – and happened within a few miles of each other.
Police said the young teen was with 19-year-old Jamia Little when the pair carjacked a woman in South Chicago.
"This pretty much happens every season around this time. They go around to all of the sneaker resale stores and they try and get what they can."
